Fees

At launch, the creator chooses 0%, 1%, 2% or 3% for the token's fee destination. Lucrari adds a fixed 1% trading fee for its treasury. These are additive rates on trade input, not a 40/60 split. The pool therefore charges 1%, 2%, 3% or 4% on both buys and sells; trading quotes already include the total fee.

The rate and destination are immutable. The creation page shows the creator's rate; this documentation explains the additional platform fee. V2 requires new factory and locker addresses. Existing V1 tokens retain their original contracts and fees.

Pick a purpose

ChoiceDestination of the creator's fee
BuildThe dev wallet, as ETH (WETH if the wallet cannot receive ETH).
ShareEligible holders, proportional to their balances when fees are collected.
BurnA buyback in the launch pool, followed by a supply burn.

For a 1 ETH buy with a 2% creator rate, the pool takes 0.03 ETH: 0.01 ETH for Lucrari and 0.02 ETH for the selected destination, subject to wei rounding. The treasury receives collectedQuote × 10000 / poolFee; the destination receives the remainder. At a 0% creator rate, all collected quote fees go to the treasury and no holder reward or buyback budget is generated.

Fees in the token itself

Uniswap V3 charges fees in the swap's input asset. Buys therefore accrue WETH fees; sells accrue token fees. When collected, all token-side fees burn automatically. Nobody receives those tokens, and they are not converted or sold for ETH. Only the WETH leg is allocated between the fixed platform fee and the chosen creator rate. The sale-side token fees, including the platform portion, are burned; sales do not create an ETH payout from that leg. This rule applies to all three modes.

This is the launch pool's fee. Wallet transfers have no fee. Pools independently created elsewhere do not fund this locked position.

Holder rewards

Share mode credits the eligible balances at collection time, not continuously across every historical block. The launch pool, factory, locker, position manager, router, quoter, token contract and burn addresses are excluded. Ordinary holder wallets, including a creator who owns circulating tokens, participate.

Transferring, selling or burning your tokens preserves rewards already credited to you. A new holder never inherits the sender's past rewards. Claiming does not require staking or a transfer of your tokens. If no eligible tokens exist at collection, rewards wait until a later collection with eligible holders. Rounding dust stays in the reward contract.

Automatic buybacks

Collection automatically tries a buyback in Burn mode. The contract uses a five-minute average pool price, rejects a spot deviation above 200 ticks (roughly 2%), requires at least 95% of the average-price quote, and caps each buyback at 1% of the pool's WETH balance. The bought tokens burn in the same transaction.

Insufficient oracle history, a moved price or an exhausted curve postpones the buyback. The ETH stays as WETH in that position's queue; the treasury's quote-fee payout can still settle. A scheduled collector retries later. These guards reduce adverse execution but do not guarantee a price or immunity to manipulation.

Anyone can collect or retry; callers cannot change the split, route or recipients. Contracts execute when a transaction calls them, so automatic operation requires the scheduled collector to be funded and running. Holder reward withdrawal remains a user claim.

Launch fee

The V2 deployment sets the creation fee, displayed before signing (default 0.001 ETH). An optional dev buy is paid in the same transaction, charged the pool fee and capped at 10% of initial supply. Unspent dev-buy ETH is refunded.

Existing V1 tokens

V1 has a creator-chosen, immutable buy tax paid in token and separate LP fees. Its sell leg has the V3 pool fee but no ERC20 transfer tax. LP recipients depend on that V1 locker's live creatorFeeBps() setting. V2 choices do not modify or migrate V1 tokens.
