Launch protection
Every launch carries an anti-snipe window: for the first 10 minutes after creation, no wallet may receive more than 2% of the total supply in a single balance. This throttles bots trying to corner the launch in the first blocks.
How it works
- The cap applies to the receiving side of every transfer while the window is open. A buy that would push a wallet over 2% of supply reverts.
- The factory, the pool, the position manager and the router are exempt, so liquidity provisioning and routing are unaffected.
- The creator's dev buy is exempt — it executes atomically inside the launch transaction, before the window protects anyone.
- Sells are never restricted: a wallet that bought can always sell back to the pool, inside or outside the window.
- Once the window closes, the guard is inert forever. There is no owner switch that can bring it back.
What it does not do
Launch protection limits concentration in the first minutes. It does not stop someone from splitting buys across many wallets, it does not affect the price curve, and it says nothing about what happens after the window closes. A token that passed its window is not safer than one that hasn't.
Check the token address, the creator, and the holder distribution before trading — the interface shows all three.
