Risk disclosures
Tokens launched through lucrari are user-created and experimental. Review the token address, creator, liquidity, holder concentration, and transaction preview before signing anything.
- Prices can move quickly and liquidity can be thin. A launch's entire liquidity is one range order; once it is bought through, sells walk the curve back down the same way.
- Names, symbols and images mean nothing. Similar tickers can represent unrelated tokens. The contract address is the only identity a token has.
- Graduation is not a quality signal. It marks a price milestone, not a review, an endorsement, or a guarantee of future liquidity.
- Smart contracts, wallets, RPCs, and indexers can fail. Locked liquidity removes one class of rug (pulling the LP), not the others (concentrated holders, abandoned projects, interface bugs).
- Displayed values are estimates, not execution guarantees. Quotes move between the time you read them and the time your transaction lands.
- Creators earn from your trades. V2 Build mode pays a dev wallet from collected quote fees. V1 retains its original buy tax and LP settings. Token creators can therefore have a financial interest in trading volume. Factor that into what you read anywhere about a token.
lucrari is an interface, not investment advice or a representation of token quality. Never share a private key or seed phrase — no one from the project will ever ask you to send funds to process anything.
V2 Share rewards depend on balances at fee collection and can be captured by buyers entering before settlement. They are not time-weighted dividends. Burn mode depends on a funded collector, oracle history and available liquidity; price checks can leave buybacks queued. A five-minute pool average does not eliminate sustained price manipulation.
